Welcome!

We kindly ask you to read these rules carefully to ensure a pleasant and safe stay for you and other guests.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 15:00
  • Check-out: until 10:00 (late check-out is possible only upon prior request)

Documents and Registration

  • According to Italian law, all guests (including children) must be registered.
  • A valid passport or ID must be presented upon check-in.
  • Registration is carried out in accordance with the police rules (Questura).

Cleanliness and Order

  • Please keep the apartment clean.
  • Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure. Daily cleaning is not provided.
  • In case of excessive dirt or damage, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

Waste and Recycling

  • In Italy, waste separation is mandatory. Please follow the sorting rules:
    • Organic – organic waste
    • Plastic – plastic
    • Paper – paper
    • Glass and metals – glass and metals
    • Non-recyclable – non-recyclable waste
  • Please dispose of waste in the appropriate containers.

Silence and Respect for Neighbors

  • Quiet hours: 13:30–16:00 and 22:00–8:00
  • No loud noise, loud music, parties, or disturbing neighbors.
  • The apartment is located in a residential condominium – please respect other residents.

Smoking

  • Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking is allowed only on balconies or terraces using ashtrays. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground or from the ba

Bed Linen and Towels

  • Provided upon arrival.
  • Replacement available upon request (extra fee may apply).

Safety and Property

  • Do not leave electrical appliances unattended.
  • Lock the door when leaving.
  • Any damage must be compensated by the guest.
  • Report any malfunctions to the owner immediately.

Pets

  • Pets are allowed only with prior permission.
  • Owners must ensure cleanliness and not leave pets unattended.

Wi-Fi and Equipment

  • Wi-Fi is available. The password will be provided at check-in.
  • Use all appliances (air conditioner, boiler, stove, etc.) according to instructions.

  • No additional guests allowed without permission.

The apartment may not be used for commercial purposes or events.
